Anthony J. Giudice
Anthony has always been fascinated by the law and understanding how the process works. He relishes in competition and adversity, whether in athletics or in the courtroom. In 2007, Anthony began his legal career litigating complex commercial matters such as tortious interference, legal malpractice, replevin, conversion, breach of contract, mechanic’s liens, foreclosure, appeals, etc. and often litigated against some of the top 100 law firms in the world. During this time, Anthony sharpened his legal skills and was author to hundreds of pretrial motions, participated in depositions and trials. In 2009, Anthony became the lead litigation attorney for a prominent commercial real estate developer and began delving into family law and domestic relations matters.
After the birth of his first child, Anthony realized that he wanted to use his legal skills to help individuals through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Anthony began to focus his law practice on solely family law matters in 2011 and has since concentrated in high conflict divorce cases, business evaluations, complex financial cases, custody litigation, child support and appeals.
Anthony has a reputation for being honest with his clients and helps them achieve a fair resolution, whether in the courtroom or by agreement without sacrificing his client’s best interests. He enjoys being able to help individuals through the most challenging times. Having a wife and two young children of his own also helps bring a personal experience and appreciation for how the litigation process often affects individuals and their families. Anthony is able to apply these personal experiences whether representing clients in a divorce or acting as a Guardian ad Litem. In 2015 and 2016, Anthony was nominated by his peers as an “Emerging Lawyer” by The “Leading Lawyer” network and is a member of The National Advocates Top 40 under 40.
Anthony attended the John Marshall Law School where he excelled academically. He was elected in the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and was a quarter finalist in the Dean Fred H. Herzog Moot Court Competition and graduated on the Dean’s List. During law school, Anthony clerked with a personal injury attorney in Joliet, Illinois, and a commercial litigation law firm in Cook County, where he was introduced to the practice of family law.
Outside of his legal career, Anthony is a board member on the Cambridge at Countryside Homeowners’ Association. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and is a Chicago sports fan.
